Day two

Not sure how Im going to go today Ive got 2 very sick little children and mummies worried about being at run down and tired. So i think i might do my own relaxed version Im going to drink the herbal tea and lemon drink like Im meant too but ill also have just one very healthy meal a day. All natural so it contains no toxins and things. Hopefully by doing this i can avoid gett what the kids have. Im going to continue it until everything is gone as they pack i got is enough for the 7 day full program.

Day One

well its the end of day one and things went ok. I have a slight headache but since i woke up with it i don't think its the detox calling it. I was naughty today had a small serving off dinner, I was just so hungry but the good thing is there a few differnet ways you can do the detox you can replace one meal a day with it for a month. Drink nothing but it for 7-10 days. The third option is 2 do 3 days relaxed version 3 days full then 3 days relaxed. Im going to try not to have any food tomorro...

Detox Time

Morning everyone,
                          Today I'm starting to big challenges. Toilet training with my son and I'm doing the lemon detox why you ask am i putting myself through drinking nothing but lemon drink for seven days? Things are looking good

              Things are going really well for me at the moment.
